The Chinese Premier League (CPL) has announced the signing of Li Ke, a former professional footballer from Jiangsu Shandong U19 team and the club's youth team.
According to reports, Li Ke is set to join Beijing Guoan FC as a player on loan for the rest of this season. The 25-year-old midfielder joined Jiangsu Shandong U19 team in 2014 and played for them in the Chinese Super League before moving to Guangzhou Evergrande FC in 2018.
Li Ke was born in Jiangsu but grew up in Tianjin. He began his career with Tianjin Tianfeng FC in 2006 and made his debut in the league in 2007. After that, he moved to Jiangsu Shandong U19 team in 2014 and continued his development there until joining Guangzhou Evergrande FC in 2018.
In his brief stint with the club, Li Ke had a successful season, scoring 13 goals in 24 appearances. However, he struggled during the season, missing several matches due to injuries.
Despite these challenges, Li Ke still managed to make an impact for the club, contributing to their promotion to the top flight last year. His performances were praised by many fans and the coaching staff, who felt confident in his ability to contribute to the team's success.
